Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprises) and MSMEs (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises).
- Pitch various government schemes and explain their benefits to potential clients.
- Convince and onboard clients for availing schemes and services.
- Generate new client acquisition through proactive outreach.
- Enhance sales and up-selling opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Freshers to 1 year (Sales/Business Development background preferred).
Job Details
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
