Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Research and identify new business opportunities through online platforms, networking events, referrals, and cold calling.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.

Understand and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer pain points to identify growth opportunities.

Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and decision-making processes.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to increase trust and encourage repeat business.

Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients through follow-ups, presentations, proposals, and negotiations.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-sales and onboarding stages.
3. Proposal Development and Presentations:

Prepare and present business proposals, sales decks, quotations, and project scopes in a professional manner.

Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, technical, or operations) to prepare customized solutions and pricing structures.

Present product demos or service overviews to decision-makers, highlighting key features and business benefits.
4. Revenue and Target Achievement:

Work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets as defined by the management.

Monitor personal KPIs such as lead conversion rate, deal closure time, average deal size, and new revenue generated.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
5. Market Intelligence and Reporting:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, market shifts, and competitive movements.

Gather customer insights and feedback to help improve product/service offerings and marketing strategies.

Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
6. Strategic Input and Collaboration:

Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute ideas for expanding into new markets or segments.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop lead-generation campaigns, promotional events, and digital outreach strategies.

Work with product and service teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction post-sale.
