Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in new client acquisition within the retail sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new retail clients to support the marketing team’s strategic objectives. This role is critical in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through direct client engagement and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target prospective clients in the retail sector through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new client acquisition in alignment with the company’s marketing and sales goals.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitches to showcase our marketing solutions and capabilities.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand service offerings and ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and sales activity.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets related to lead conversion and new business development.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within the retail sector, is preferred
  • Proven track record of successful new client acquisition and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the retail market and client dynamics.
  • Excellent communication Skills
