Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, attending industry events, and researching online platforms.

Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and create tailored proposals.

Client Engagement: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate product or service solutions.

Sales Presentations and Demos: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, addressing their concerns and showcasing benefits effectively.

Sales Conversion: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring targets and quotas are met or exceeded. Prepare proposals, pricing models, and service agreements in collaboration with the internal team.

Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, sales progress, and client interactions in an organized manner.

Client Retention and Upselling: Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align on client needs, campaign strategies, and service delivery.

Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports to management on business development activities, success rates, challenges, and areas of improvement.
