Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for calling doctors, explaining the purpose of upcoming webinars/seminars, and inviting them to attend. Your goal is to generate qualified interest, capture key information, and ensure high-quality engagement with potential participants.
This position plays a critical role in our outreach strategy and requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a polite approach when interacting with busy healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to doctors from a given database or CRM.

Politely introduce the company and purpose of the call – inviting them to attend our free webinars and seminars.

Clearly communicate event details such as topic, date, speaker, and benefits of attending.

Answer basic queries related to the event and note any special requests or responses.

Update call status and doctor details accurately in the system (CRM or Excel).

Follow up with interested doctors to confirm participation or send event reminders as needed.

Coordinate with the marketing and events team to ensure smooth registration and participation.

Maintain a daily call log and share feedback or insights from conversations with the team.

No revenue targets – Your focus is on communication, not conversion.

Not a cold-selling campaign – You are offering value in the form of free, relevant, professional events.
