As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving HelloRamp’s expansion across the US automotive market. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. This is a target-driven role ideal for someone ambitious, persuasive, and passionate about sales in a global startup environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with US-based automotive dealers via calls, emails, and virtual demos to introduce HelloRamp’s solutions.
Identify and qualify high-potential leads through research and strategic outreach.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM updates and regular follow-ups.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultations to address client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams — including operations and onboarding — to ensure seamless client experience.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, conversion goals, and performance metrics.
Stay updated on market trends, competition, and client behavior to refine outreach strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/BBM) or a related field (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Goal-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is an added advantage.
Must be based in Bangalore and willing to work on-site at our HSR Layout office.

Compensation Details:
Fixed Pay: ₹3.6 LPA
