Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Research and identify new business opportunities in existing and new markets.

Generate quality leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, social media platforms, and attending events.

Qualify leads based on company criteria and pass them to the relevant sales or technical teams.

Maintain and update a database of potential and existing clients.
2. Client Relationship Management

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct regular follow-ups to understand client needs, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.

Ensure client expectations are managed and exceeded at all stages of the relationship.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through active selling and upselling.

Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals that benefit both the client and the company.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for revenue growth.
4. Market Research and Analysis

Conduct competitive analysis and understand market trends to stay ahead in the industry.

Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support product development and marketing.

Identify potential industry sectors, decision-makers, and influencers for focused outreach.
5. Presentation and Communication

Deliver high-quality presentations and product/service demonstrations to clients.

Clearly articulate the company’s value proposition and how it solves client problems.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings.
6. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and deals using CRM software.

Submit regular reports on sales performance, client updates, and market feedback to management.

Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion rates, sales volume, client retention, and revenue generation.
7. Collaboration with Internal Teams

Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach strategies and campaigns.

Coordinate with product, service, and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Provide feedback from clients to internal stakeholders to enhance offerings and address challenges.
