The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving online sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills, market research abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve online sales goals through effective strategies.
- Communicate with potential and existing customers via phone and email.
- Address customer inquiries, questions, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage the sales process using specific software tools.
- Build and maintain a CRM database with up-to-date client information.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Participate actively in sales team meetings and contribute to growth discussions.
- Align with the company’s vision and mission to achieve set objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies.
- Analyze sales data to refine and update marketing and retention strategies.
- Develop and implement client service and retention plans.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Build and promote channel partnerships in various cities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
