Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Executive at Idea With Identity, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by engaging with startups in Odisha and prominent corporate entities. Your primary responsibility will be to convert leads for our client, Interview Times, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with startups in Odisha and key corporate clients.

Lead Conversion: Proactively reach out to potential clients, present the value proposition of Interview Times, and convert leads into successful partnerships.

Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey the benefits and features of our services.

Hybrid Work Model: Adapt to a hybrid work model with 5 days of remote work and 2 days in the office.

Client Meetings: Attend in-person meetings with potential clients as needed to facilitate successful conversions.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 to 1.5 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.

Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently and meet weekly targets.

Hybrid Work Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment with a mix of remote and office work.

Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients for long-term partnerships.

Target-Driven: Capable of meeting and exceeding the weekly target of converting 15 clients.
