Structural Steel Detailing Services.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and explore business synergies.
• Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints.
• Collaborate with the technical team to achieve better results.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to
change within a fast-paced business environment.
• Ensure customer communication through brochures, email campaigns, presentation showcasing
capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile
• 3 to 6 years of experience in cold calling industry for the US market.
• Candidates will be required to work in the US shift (5 PM to 2 AM) (We are flexible for a hybrid
working model if working from office is a constraint after 10 PM)
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for communicating with international clients.
• Should be able to negotiate with clients and customers to get higher profit margins.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track records in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
