Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and Clutch.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Prepare business proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scopes and client expectations.
Negotiate terms of business deals and close sales effectively.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT sales or business development.
Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales strategy in the IT industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms is a plus.
