7.Maintaining regular communication with the students for coordinating admission activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through research and market intelligence.

Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase timeline.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
-
Schedule meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present appropriate solutions.

Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers within targeted organizations.

Follow up on leads and proposals to convert opportunities into sales.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution

Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.

Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Market Research & Analysis
-
Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior.

Provide feedback on market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities to management.

Identify potential new markets, industry segments, or partnership opportunities.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, contacts, and lead statuses using CRM software.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity summaries to management.

Monitor own performance against KPIs and suggest ways to improve productivity.
6. Cross-functional Coordination

Collaborate with marketing to design and execute campaigns that generate leads and boost brand awareness.

Work with product and customer support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products/services.
