Salary:

• Freshers: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 + High Performance Incentives
• Experience (1–6 Years): ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 + Incentives

Work Model: 75% Field Sales | 25% Work From Home

• Generate new business opportunities in the B2B industrial segment
• Identify and approach manufacturers, dealers, and industrial units
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable coating solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions

• Graduation is mandatory
• MBA in Marketing preferred
• Strong interest in B2B field sales

• Comfortable with extensive field travel (75%)
• Own laptop and two-wheeler/four-wheeler required
• Good communication, negotiation, and adaptability skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to sign a 2-year service bond

• 1–6 years of experience in B2B sales
• Experience in industrial/coating products preferred
