Job Description

ob Title: Business Development Executive – B2B Industrial Sales (Field Role)

Location: Pune or Chennai
Industry: Industrial Coatings
Job Type: Full-Time

Salary:

Freshers: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 + High Performance Incentives
Experience (1–6 Years): ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 + Incentives

Work Model: 75% Field Sales | 25% Work From Home

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities in the B2B industrial segment
Identify and approach manufacturers, dealers, and industrial units
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client needs and recommend suitable coating solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up on leads and convert them into business
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is mandatory
MBA in Marketing preferred
Strong interest in B2B field sales

Requirements:

Comfortable with extensive field travel (75%)
Own laptop and two-wheeler/four-wheeler required
Good communication, negotiation, and adaptability skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to sign a 2-year service bond

For Experienced Candidates:

1–6 years of experience in B2B sales
Experience in industrial/coating products preferred
