Job Description
Are you passionate about sales and building strong client relationships? We're looking for someone who can:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to closure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
Represent Intellgus at client meetings and industry events
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
• Proven track record in sales & client acquisition
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
-
Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, online platforms, social media, and networking.

Generate leads from existing databases, referrals, B2B portals (like IndiaMART, Justdial, LinkedIn, etc.).

Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
2. Client Acquisition:
-
Understand client requirements, present tailored solutions, and close deals.

Pitch products/services to decision-makers at SMEs, corporates, institutions, or high-net-worth individuals (depending on industry).

Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and finalize deals in line with company goals.
3. Relationship Management:

Build strong and long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and cross-selling opportunities.

Address client concerns and coordinate with internal departments for delivery, support, and issue resolution.
4. Sales Reporting & Target Achievement:

Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly) and maintain consistent performance.

Maintain updated records of prospects, customer interactions, and deal status using CRM or Excel trackers.

Provide sales forecasts and market feedback to management.
5. Marketing & Brand Representation:

Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, industry meets, and seminars.

Collaborate with the marketing team for lead conversion campaigns, mailers, and digital marketing.

Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
