Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.

Build a qualified lead pipeline and maintain a steady flow of prospects.

Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across industries.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Pitch company products/services effectively to potential clients (in-person, online, or over calls).

Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Schedule and conduct meetings, demos, or presentations to showcase offerings.

Negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage renewals, upselling, and referrals.
Sales Reporting & Strategy

Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.

Report on daily/weekly/monthly activities and sales performance.

Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business development strategies.

Contribute to sales forecasts, competitor analysis, and market intelligence efforts.
Market Expansion

Identify new markets, customer segments, and potential partnerships.

Attend industry events, trade shows, or webinars to represent the company and build new connections.
