Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive our growth in the education sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate or an early-career professional to build a career in sales and marketing. Your main role will be to visit colleges, build relationships with management, and organize seminars to promote our services.
Key Responsibilities:Regularly visit college campuses in and around Thrissur to generate new business leads.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with college management and faculty.
Plan, schedule, and conduct engaging seminars and presentations for students.
Act as the primary point of contact for partner colleges.
Achieve and exceed individual targets for campus acquisitions and seminar conversions.
Provide daily activity reports and market feedback to the management.
Represent the company at educational fairs and events.
Understand and effectively communicate the company's services and value proposition.
Coordinate with the internal team for seminar logistics and material.
Continuously work on expanding the network within the educational community.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and English.
Confident personality with the ability to speak to groups and senior management.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a proactive learner.
