About the InternshipThis internship is designed for recent graduates who are interested in building a career in Business Development, Inside Sales, and the IT Software industry. Interns will receive practical training, industry exposure, and mentorship while working on real-time business development activities.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through online and offline channels.Identify potential clients and business opportunities.Conduct outbound calls and schedule meetings with prospective clients.Present company products and software solutions to potential customers.Perform market research and competitor analysis.Build and maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups.Prepare business proposals and presentations.Coordinate with technical and management teams to support business development activities.Update daily sales activities and maintain lead records.Skills You Will DevelopB2B Sales & Business DevelopmentSaaS Product SellingCorporate CommunicationClient Relationship ManagementNegotiation & Presentation SkillsLead Generation TechniquesSales Funnel ManagementMarket Research & AnalysisInternship StructureInternship Duration: 3 to 6 MonthsThis is a performance-based internship.Interns will be assigned business development and sales targets.There is no fixed stipend.Interns who achieve their assigned targets will be eligible for a performance-based incentive ranging from 5% to 10%, depending on the project and business generated.Full-Time Employment OpportunityHigh-performing interns will be evaluated after approximately three months and may be offered a full-time position based on their:
