Business Development Executive Jobs Opening in IRIS Fragrances at Krishna Nagar, Delhi
Job Description
Develop and manage relationships with modern trade accounts for the promotion and sales of our newly launched Aromatherapy product range.
Develop and manage relationships with Spas, Massage Parlours, Cosmetic Stores for the promotion and sales of our newly launched Aromatherapy product range.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and display across modern trade stores.
Achieve sales targets, growth objectives, and share of shelf as per company strategy.
Handle listing, activation, and promotions in modern trade outlets.
Coordinate with store managers and category buyers for planogram and in-store branding.
Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and replenishment cycles.
Negotiate and manage trade terms and commercial agreements with modern trade partners.
Skills and Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.

High emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with different types of clients.

Confidence in making cold calls and engaging with unfamiliar clients.

Ability to understand and analyze data for decision-making.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).

Basic understanding of marketing tools and digital outreach strategies.

Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Familiarity with business analytics and market research tools is a plus.
