Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and converting leads into long-term customers.
This role requires a mix of sales skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication, with the ability to understand client needs and align them with the company’s services or products. You’ll play a key role in expanding the company’s reach, revenue, and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify new markets, potential clients, and partnership opportunities through research, cold calls, networking, and digital platforms.

Generate qualified leads through inbound/outbound campaigns, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and event participation.

Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
2. Client Interaction & Relationship Building

Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct meetings (in-person or virtual) to present company offerings and value propositions.
3. Sales & Business Development

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

Prepare and deliver customized business proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery.
4. Market Intelligence

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

Gather client feedback and market insights to help improve offerings and positioning.

Identify opportunities for product/service development based on client needs.
5. Reporting & CRM Management

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, client communications, and deals closed.

Prepare regular reports and dashboards to update management on progress, forecasts, and strategies.

Use CRM software (like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage leads and interactions efficiently.
Key Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.

Ability to build rapport, network, and engage professionally with diverse clients.

Negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

Time management, target orientation, and strategic planning.

Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
