We're looking for
a driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and fuel our growth
across new and existing markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the Travel Tech sector.
• Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital
outreach.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at travel agencies, OTAs, tour
operators, and corporate travel companies.
• Present and demonstrate product offerings to prospective clients and tailor solutions
to meet client needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and customer success) to ensure
smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of travel technology products (booking engines, APIs,
B2B/B2C portals, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client relationship management.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
