Business Development Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales and marketing team. The BDE will be responsible for approaching manufacturers, service providers, and industrial clients to promote our Internet Marketing solutions including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and other digital products. This role involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets through effective fieldwork and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

Approach manufacturers, industrial clients, and service providers to promote digital marketing solutions.

Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Manage and nurture leads generated by Business Development Associates (BDA).

Sales & Revenue Growth
-
Meet at least 2 clients on a daily basis (field visits) for presentations and consultations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through acquisition of new clients.

Develop strategies to expand the customer base and maximize revenue opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with industrial clients and decision-makers.

Provide customized solutions based on client requirements for SEO and digital marketing.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through professional follow-ups and after-sales service.

Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with co-workers and the digital marketing team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Coordinate with internal teams to align sales pitches with service capabilities.

Share feedback from clients to improve products and services.

Reporting & Market Insights

Maintain records of leads, client meetings, and business deals in CRM tools.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Track competitors’ activities and identify new business opportunities.

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing concepts (basic to intermediate).

Ability to generate leads and close sales in a B2B industrial environment.

Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in fieldwork.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Ability to travel for client meetings and field visits.
