Business Development Executive
Job Description
We are looking to hire three dynamic Tele Sales Executives to join our Stock Market Sales team.
Requirements
Candidates from South India only
Must know English + one regional language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam)
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
Ability to handle outbound and inbound sales calls
Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of the stock market is an added advantage
Responsibilities
Call potential customers and explain stock market services
Convert leads into active customers
Maintain call records and follow-ups
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Attractive performance-based incentives (2% on each customer deposit)
Salary payout between 5th – 10th of every month
