Job Description
Identify and generate new business leads
Pitch products/services to potential clients
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
Achieve sales targets and KPIs
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.

Generate and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and aligning them with company offerings.

Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to present solutions and value propositions.

Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
2. Sales & Client Acquisition
-
Pitch products/services to prospective clients and convert leads into long-term customers.

Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals customized to client requirements.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals within given margins and targets.

Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, finance, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Study market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.

Provide insights and suggestions to management for product improvements, pricing strategies, or new service offerings.

Identify new industry verticals and potential business segments for expansion.
4. Relationship Management
-
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients to resolve queries and provide excellent post-sales support.

Gather client feedback and relay it to internal teams to improve service quality and satisfaction.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
-
Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions, proposals, deals, and customer data using CRM software or Excel sheets.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, lead status, conversion rates, and targets achieved.

Monitor personal sales KPIs and strive to consistently meet or exceed assigned quotas.
