Job Description

You will be getting leads from the company. You need to builds and maintains business relationships with new and existing customers. You understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate solutions, negotiate with clients to help them move down the sales funnel, record client feedback and maintain a customer database.

Responsibilities:

Getting acquainted with different products and services of our company.

Acquiring new clients through direct contact and word-of-mouth advertising.

Collaborating with the marketing department.

Attending different networking events related to the industry.

Actively researching new clients.

Connecting with prospective clients and taking them onboard.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Retaining clients for a long time.

Recommending upgrades and adding products and services that will interest clients.

Holding discussions with clients to settle for the best prices.

Helping employees develop social and technical skills to increase sales.

Reviewing clients’ feedback and incorporating required changes.

Remaining updates about trends in consumption to keep our offering relevant in the industry.

Becoming a product expert.

Meeting sales targets and KPIs on a monthly or weekly basis.

Attending meetings and conferences as a representative of the company.

Demonstrate outstanding planning and time management abilities.
