Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and research potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, emails, and social media.
- Convert leads into long-term business relationships.
2. Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Conduct meetings and present business proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate deals and close contracts successfully.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored business solutions.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer demands.
- Identify new business expansion opportunities.
- Work with the marketing team to create promotional strategies.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and business interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Suggest improvements to enhance business development strategies.
