Job Description
This is a Real Estate sales job where the candidate will be required to attend sales calls, generate site visits on provided leads and will be completely responsible for the closures as well.
Training will be provided for the same.
Candidate has to well verse in regional languages and also the locality.
Should be able to handle desktop to post the property ads, maintain excel sheets on client responses and also handle documentation for the closure.
Incentives will be provided based on number of closures and revenue generated.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management & Follow-Up

Contact potential clients from the list of qualified leads provided by the company.

Understand the customer’s real estate needs, preferences, and buying intent.

Conduct follow-up calls, emails, or meetings to build client engagement and move them down the sales funnel.
2. Site Visit Coordination
-
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.

Arrange transportation or guide clients to the project site as needed.

Personally attend site visits, provide detailed walkthroughs, and highlight key project features, benefits, and USPs.
3. Sales Presentation & Negotiation

Present the project details including floor plans, pricing, payment schedules, amenities, location advantages, etc.

Address all client queries and provide complete information transparently and professionally.

Negotiate price and payment terms within approved limits and strive to close deals promptly.
4. Closure Responsibility

Take complete ownership of the sales cycle from lead follow-up to deal closure.

Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth documentation and post-sale services.

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
5. Customer Relationship Management

Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage repeat business or referrals.

Maintain client data and status updates in CRM tools or Excel trackers as instructed.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction during and after the sales process.
6. Market Knowledge and Competitor Tracking

Stay informed about real estate market trends, competing projects, and pricing strategies in the area.

Share client feedback, market insights, and improvement suggestions with the sales team.
