Job Summary
Identify and target potential enterprise clients, including large corporates and MNCs.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with HR leaders and decision-makers to present our platform and SaaS products.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Develop and execute strategies to onboard new clients onto our recruitment and diversity platforms.
Present and promote SaaS HR tools, demonstrating their value and ROI to potential clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products and services to existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Stay informed about competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Provide feedback to the product team to shape future product development based on client needs.
Conduct detailed product demonstrations for prospective clients.
Provide training and onboarding support to new clients, ensuring effective platform utilization.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that support sales efforts.
Work with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Regularly update senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.
Track and report on sales metrics, analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.
