Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to market expansion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Connecting and Counseling working professionals for Career Development Programs.
* Cold calling the leads and database and convert to sales.
* Promoting management programs as per the profile of the candidate 
* Maintaining connect with the candidates through meetings, calls and mailers. 
* Maintaining Database and records of the candidates 
* Achieving the assigned Targets on monthly basis.
* Following Pre and Post Sales procedures.
* Actively contribute as a team player to encourage sales.

Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
