Job Description

LEVEL UP STC is looking for a business development executive.

Years of Experience - 2 to 3 years in B2B sales

Notice period - 15 days Max

Salary- 15k to 18k per month + incentives

Role - Business Development Executive

Mode - Full time (9.30 AM to 7 PM)

Monday to Saturday

Location - Remote (work from home)

Laptop and WIFI is must


Knowledge in B2C, B2B, customer cold calling is a must.

Sales conversion, lead generation from the Social Media.

Knowledge in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage

Target to be achieved on Weekly and Monthly.

Candidate from education industry is preferred.

Candidate from Tamilnadu is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Research and identify potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, online platforms, and referrals.

  • Generate and qualify leads by understanding the client's needs, budget, and decision-making authority.

  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects using CRM tools or tracking sheets.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Serve as the point of contact for potential and existing clients during the pre-sale and post-sale phases.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and current clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

3. Sales Presentations and Proposals:

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations tailored to the client’s business needs.

  • Develop and send customized proposals, quotations, or commercial offers.

  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service-level agreements in alignment with company policies.

4. Market and Competitor Research:

  • Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adapt sales strategies.

  • Identify new markets and customer segments that could benefit from the company’s products or services.

  • Report market intelligence and customer feedback to the marketing or product teams for further action.

5. Sales Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, deals, meetings, and activities in CRM software or sales logs.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, target achievements, and pipeline status.

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer support, operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.

6. Strategy and Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

  • Contribute ideas to refine and improve the business development strategy.

  • Participate in planning sessions and team meetings to track progress and share best practices.

7. Events and Outreach:

  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, or industry conferences.

  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, or brand awareness activities.
