Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Forex Agents onto our platform through calls and meetings.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team/Associate.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs .
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the new products and competition status.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial industry, fin-tech or study abroad sector preferred.
  • Should have demonstrable network in the outbound student remittance market, student consultant, exchange companies etc.
  • Should have consistently performed in sales environment either in an AD2 or sales profiles .
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office , Excel & Power Point would be an asset.
  • Positive attitude, flexible nature, a person who would thrive in a fast- paced constantly changing environment .
  • Ability to work flexible hour .
  • Knowledge for forex, outward remittance and the markets is desirable.
  • Should be analytically strong & willingness to work in a tech environment.
