Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Onboarding Forex Agents onto our platform through calls and meetings.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team/Associate.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs .
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the new products and competition status.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in any or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in financial industry, fin-tech or study abroad sector preferred.
Should have demonstrable network in the outbound student remittance market, student consultant, exchange companies etc.
Should have consistently performed in sales environment either in an AD2 or sales profiles .
Proficiency in the use of MS Office , Excel & Power Point would be an asset.
Positive attitude, flexible nature, a person who would thrive in a fast- paced constantly changing environment .
Ability to work flexible hour .
Knowledge for forex, outward remittance and the markets is desirable.
Should be analytically strong & willingness to work in a tech environment.
