Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive retail sales growth for our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing retail clients, and meeting sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a strong ability to convert leads into long-term business.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth in the retail segment.

Identify new retail customers and business opportunities in the target market.

Build strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and store managers.

Conduct product  demos to clients and retail buyers as required

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.

Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market feedback.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the market.
