Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. As a BDE, you will play a vital role in expanding our company’s reach and establishing a strong presence in the market.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for sales and client engagement. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and experienced candidates with a proven track record in business development or sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, networking, cold calling, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.

  • Explore new business avenues by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

  • Maintain a database of leads and update CRM systems regularly.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Contact prospective clients via phone, email, social media, and face-to-face meetings.

  • Present and explain company products or services effectively to address client requirements.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing prompt responses to queries and concerns.

3. Sales Presentations & Negotiations

  • Conduct product demonstrations, business presentations, and promotional events.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close profitable deals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for client needs.

  • Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

4. Market Research & Strategy Development

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer preferences, market demands, and competitor strategies.

  • Provide insights to the management team for designing effective business development strategies.

  • Recommend changes in products, services, or policies based on customer feedback and market analysis.

5. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, sales conversions, and performance metrics.

  • Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies, challenges, and solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is an advantage.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales strategies will be preferred.

Soft Skills

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
