Job Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented individuals for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE) to handle lead generation, client coordination, and sales support in the real estate industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive in REAL ESTATE, your key responsibilities will include:
• Understanding client requirements and suggesting suitable property options
• Coordinating and conducting client meetings and property site visits
• Explaining project details, pricing, offers, and investment opportunities to clients
• Maintaining regular follow-ups with prospective clients
• Converting leads into successful sales opportunities
• Achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to overall team goals
• Maintaining daily reports, client records, and activity updates
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Note: The above responsibilities are indicative in nature and may be modified or expanded based on business requirements.
Qualifications
• Fresher's / Final-Year Students / Recent Graduates can apply
• Bachelor's degree in any stream preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills Required
• Strong communication, convincing, and client handling skills
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and MS Excel reporting
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset
Salary
• Salary up to ₹3 – ₹6 LPA
