Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us expand our client base and increase revenue. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and converting leads into successful deals. A BDE plays a key role in driving business growth through sales strategy, market research, client communication, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and field visits.

Research and understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

Build a strong pipeline of prospects and maintain updated records in CRM tools.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

Initiate conversations with potential customers to understand their needs.

Conduct meetings or virtual presentations to pitch products or services.

Develop strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
3. Sales Target Achievement:

Work towards and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Negotiate and close deals in accordance with company policies and pricing models.

Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and follow-up documentation.
4. Collaboration & Coordination:

Work with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Provide feedback to management on product improvements and customer preferences.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions (if applicable).
5. Reporting & Administration:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversion ratios.

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.

Use CRM tools and internal systems to track customer interactions and follow-ups.
