Job Description

* Build Relationship with Prospective Clients in the field of Education (Higher Secondary Schools & Colleges)
* Manage Sales Pipeline
* Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
* Bachelor's Degree (Marketing related)
* CRM Experience is preferred.
* Minimum 1 year Work Experience/ Fresher can also apply


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at higher secondary schools and colleges.

    • Identify and reach out to prospective clients in the education sector, promoting the company’s products/services.

    • Understand the specific needs and challenges of educational institutions and offer tailored solutions.

    • Build trust and rapport with clients through regular follow-ups and consultations.

  2. Sales Pipeline Management:

    • Create and maintain a detailed sales pipeline by tracking potential leads, opportunities, and accounts in CRM software.

    • Prioritize leads based on their potential and progress through the sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups.

    • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sales support.

    • Regularly review the pipeline and adjust strategies to meet sales targets.

  3. Lead Generation & Market Research:

    • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads by networking, attending industry events, and conducting market research.

    • Understand market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs within the education sector.

    • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets, specifically targeting higher secondary schools and colleges.

    • Qualify and prioritize leads to ensure efficient use of resources and time.

  4. Sales Presentations & Proposals:

    • Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition.

    • Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client needs and budget.

    • Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies and materials to attract new leads and promote the company’s offerings.

    • Work closely with the product and service delivery teams to ensure that client requirements are met.

    • Share client feedback and market insights with internal teams to improve offerings and services.

  6. Customer Support & Retention:

    • Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business opportunities.

    • Address any concerns or issues raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.

    • Proactively maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing engagement and potential for upselling/cross-selling additional services.

  7. Reporting & Analytics:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and opportunities in CRM.

    • Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance, key wins, challenges, and market trends.

    • Analyze sales metrics to understand performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions when necessary.

  8. Market Knowledge & Networking:

    • Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and challenges in the education sector, particularly within higher secondary schools and colleges.

    • Network with education professionals, participate in conferences, and stay involved in industry events to build brand recognition and develop partnerships.

    • Continuously improve knowledge of the company’s offerings and stay up to date with industry best practices.
