Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to identify and secure partnerships with schools and colleges in the Visakhapatnam region.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with educational institutions and key decision-makers.
- Promote MRTE Careers’ services and solutions to schools, colleges, and other educational organizations.
- Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts to maximize business opportunities.
- Attend meetings, networking events, and educational fairs to expand the company’s presence and visibility.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective business development and lead generation strategies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and improve overall service offerings.
- Actively represent MRTE Careers in the Visakhapatnam region, traveling to various educational institutions.
Qualifications:
- MBA (Master of Business Administration) from a recognized university.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a convincing and persuasive tone.
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the education or consultancy sector.
- Willingness to travel across schools and colleges in the Visakhapatnam region.
