Job Description

Conducting thorough research on the Delivery industry to identify trends, preferences, and potential growth opportunities.
Creating effective sales strategies to increase the number of merchants on our app and boost customer(merchants) engagement.
Collaborating with the marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and events, showcasing our app offerings and expanding the customer base.
Working closely with the marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless app functionality and high customer satisfaction.
Assisting management in implementing new strategic initiatives and contributing ideas to scale up operations effectively within zones.
Planning and executing strategic projects driven centrally.
Maintaining strong relationships with merchant, especially merchant leads, advising them on market-related issues and offering solutions.
Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction rating targets for the delivery fleet across all areas within your purview.
