Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our services. This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates (Sales & Marketing – 2025 batch) as well as experienced professionals who want to grow in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to generate leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth areas.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and business strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) – Freshers from 2025 batch are welcome.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Construction, Real Estate, or Related industries preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
