Key Responsibilities

    • Present life and health insurance products in a clear and persuasive manner.

    • Match customer requirements with suitable insurance plans, explaining benefits, premiums, and coverage details.

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.

    • Cross-sell additional insurance products like riders, top-ups, or group policies.

  3. Client Relationship Management

    • Develop long-term professional relationships with customers to ensure renewals and referrals.

    • Provide timely support during policy renewals, premium payments, and claim settlements.

    • Address customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience with the company.

    • Build trust by being transparent, ethical, and customer-oriented.

  4. Market Research & Strategy

    • Study market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.

    • Stay updated on competitor products and pricing strategies.

    • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and potential new product offerings.

    • Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

  5. Collaboration & Teamwork

    • Coordinate with underwriters, operations, and claim departments for smooth service delivery.

    • Work closely with marketing teams to align sales strategies with campaigns.

    • Share best practices with peers and support new team members in onboarding.

  6. Compliance & Documentation

    • Ensure that all sales are carried out as per IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

    • Collect and verify customer documents required for policy issuance.

    • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and revenue performance.

    • Safeguard sensitive customer information and maintain confidentiality.
