Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and referrals.

Generate high-quality leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

Research target markets and understand customer needs to customize sales strategies.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Approach potential clients and present company products/services effectively.

Develop long-term relationships by understanding client requirements and offering suitable solutions.

Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
4. Market Research & Business Strategy

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Provide insights to management to improve products, pricing, and strategies.

Participate in business events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand reach.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, meetings, and sales activities.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Update CRM tools or Excel sheets for proper tracking and follow-ups.
Skills & Competencies

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into revenue.

Basic knowledge of sales strategies, CRM tools, and MS Office.
