Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will act as the front face to the client, responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills, with a focus on achieving sales growth and building long-term business value.
Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in all concerns and requirements.

Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain long-term, fruitful relationships with clients to maximize repeat and referral business.

Build trust and credibility with corporate clients through consistent follow-ups and support.

Sales & Business Development

Engage in field corporate sales by pitching products and services to prospective clients.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue and growth targets.

Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Present solutions tailored to client requirements and negotiate profitable deals.

Lead Generation & Order Management

Establish initial contact and follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.

Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients.

Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead identification to closing deals and order execution.

Ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery of products/services.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and business leads.

Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, accounts) to ensure seamless client servicing.

Provide regular updates to management on business performance, challenges, and opportunities.
