Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sales:
- Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, social media, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or presentations with potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve business targets and revenue goals.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and ensure timely communication with clients.
2. Market Research & Strategy:
- Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Develop strategic plans to enter new markets and expand the company’s customer base.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Identify gaps in the market and propose solutions to address customer needs.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate business solutions effectively.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key market insights for management.
- Use CRM software and other tools to track customer relationships and deal progress.
