Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential leads.
- Present and promote NPM Recruitment's services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Manage client accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Freshers and 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment industry.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
