Job Description
2. Meeting Arrangement:- Schedule and arrange meetings to demonstrate the Ohhpro-Junction product suite to potential clients.
3. Product Demonstration:- Conduct comprehensive face-to-face product demo sessions, showcasing the full capabilities of the product suite.
4. Post-Sale:- Onboarding of the Clients. Address and resolve any issues that arise after the deal is finalized or raised by existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify potential clients through various channels including online research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Qualify leads based on business potential, budget, and requirements.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and follow up regularly to convert them into business opportunities.
2. Client Acquisition

Present the company’s products/services to potential clients through direct meetings, calls, presentations, or virtual demos.

Understand the client's business needs and customize solutions accordingly.

Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and quotations.

Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals that meet both client and company expectations.
3. Market Research and Strategy

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas of improvement.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.

Stay updated with industry developments and emerging market segments.
4. Relationship Management

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Ensure post-sale support in coordination with delivery, operations, and customer service teams.

Regularly follow up with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
5. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, leads, and deal status using CRM software or internal tools.

Prepare periodic reports and forecasts for management review.

Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
