Job Summary

A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth and revenue targets. The role involves market research, lead generation, proposal development, client engagement, and sales pipeline management.

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in expanding the company’s customer base, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the long-term success of the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate revenue by acquiring new customers for the company.
2. Increase revenue by recommending premium or additional products to existing customers.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing guidance on the stock and commodity markets.

Skills Required:
1. Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in at least two regional languages (preferably including Hindi).
2. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
4. Strong attention to detail and customer engagement skills.

Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Salary: CTC 4.92 LPA
INR 20,000 (fixed) + Performance-linked incentives (up to INR 21,000)
