Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and self-motivated Business Development Executive to help us expand our business by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a pivotal role in reaching out to potential clients, presenting our products or services, and closing business deals.
This role requires a mix of sales expertise, strategic thinking, and communication skills. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align customer needs with our offerings and help grow our market presence across new and existing segments. The ideal candidate should be confident, goal-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable with both B2B and B2C environments, depending on the company’s target audience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Research and identify potential clients through various channels such as online platforms, networking, referrals, industry databases, and cold calling.

Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, emailing, social media outreach, and in-person visits (if applicable).

Develop a deep understanding of the target market and customer pain points.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building

Reach out to prospective clients, pitch products or services, and present tailored business solutions.

Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into long-term business opportunities.
3. Sales and Deal Closure

Conduct sales meetings, presentations, product demos, or negotiations as required.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, or pricing documents.

Close deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
4. Market Analysis and Strategy

Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape, customer trends, and emerging business opportunities.

Provide feedback to internal teams regarding product development, customer needs, and service improvements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
5. CRM and Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, deals, follow-ups, and client data in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.

Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Track pipeline status and conversion ratios to measure performance and improve efficiency.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and customer support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Coordinate internally to ensure client requirements are met after closing a deal (handoff to account managers or operations).
