Job Description
- Getting acquainted with different products and services of our company.
- Acquiring new clients through direct contact and word-of-mouth advertising.
- Collaborating with the marketing department.
- Attending different networking events related to the industry.
- Actively researching new clients.
- Connecting with prospective clients and taking them onboard.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Retaining clients for a long time.
- Recommending upgrades and adding products and services that will interest clients.
- Holding discussions with clients to settle for the best prices.
- Helping employees develop social and technical skills to increase sales.
- Reviewing clients’ feedback and incorporating required changes.
- Remaining updates about trends in consumption to keep our offering relevant in the industry.
- Becoming a product expert.
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs on a monthly or weekly basis.
- Attending meetings and conferences as a representative of the company.
- Demonstrate outstanding planning and time management abilities.
