Panacorp Software Solutions is looking for a Business Development Executive to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and support the business development team. This is an on-site day shift role with training provided for freshers.

• Contact prospective clients through calls and follow-ups.

• Generate and qualify new business leads.

• Explain the company's research and technical services to clients.

• Maintain client records and update CRM/Excel reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements.

• Build and maintain professional client relationships.

• Any Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA, MBA preferred)

• Strong English communication skills

• Interest in sales and client interaction

• Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge
