Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Qualify leads and develop relationships with prospective clients to convert them into potential sales opportunities.

Maintain a database of leads, including their contact information, status, and relevant details using CRM software.
2. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct research to identify new markets, industry trends, and customer needs to create a comprehensive business development strategy.

Analyze competitor products, services, and sales strategies to gain a competitive advantage.

Monitor and report on sales and market trends, proposing adjustments to business development strategies when necessary.
3. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Regularly follow up with clients to maintain relationships and ensure continued business opportunities.

Handle customer complaints, issues, or concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Product/Service Presentation and Sales Pitching:

Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Present proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and close deals effectively to meet sales targets.

Customize offerings based on client requirements and maintain a high level of professionalism during negotiations.
5. Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals as set by the management.

Track and report progress on key performance metrics, including the number of leads, conversion rates, and overall sales figures.

Regularly evaluate sales strategies and make adjustments to meet goals and enhance performance.
6. Proposal and Contract Management:

Develop and present proposals and contracts to clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly outlined and understood.

Negotiate pricing, service offerings, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.

Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure that contracts are compliant with company standards.
7. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure that client requirements are met.

Share client feedback and insights with relevant teams to improve service offerings and product development.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.
8. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all client communications, sales activities, and pipeline management.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Monitor contract renewals and potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
