Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients and market opportunities through various sources like online research, networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and industry trends.
2. Client Engagement & Sales
-
Schedule and conduct client meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand their needs and present company offerings.

Deliver product/service presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.

Negotiate terms and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
3. Relationship Building

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.

Encourage repeat business and upsell opportunities when appropriate.
4. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, marketing, finance) to ensure timely service delivery.

Participate in internal sales reviews and strategy meetings.
-
Represent the company at trade shows, events, or client sites when needed.
5. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and sales progress in CRM or Excel.

Share daily/weekly/monthly reports with team leaders or management.

Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
